Deane is a familiar face in the refrigeration and air conditioning industry having formerly been employed as UK Managing Director of Mitsubishi Electric and Commercial Director of Coolair Equipment.

In his new role with Haier Europe HVAC based in the UK he will work closely with the company’s country managers and their distributors to extend the customer base. These are exciting times for the industry and Haier has a fantastic range of energy-saving products to offer the market.”

The range includes for the first time the new UVC Pro module which generates plasma to aid sterilisation for a healthier, cleaner, room air environment. The new UVC Pro has been independently tested by Texcell to inhibit SARS-CoV-2 at the unit to 99.991 per cent effectiveness. The UVC Pro is also fast acting and was tested to achieve 85.208 per cent effectiveness in a room space of 6.7m3 in only four hours.

Haier Air Conditioning has announced the launch of its new Haier UVC Pro module which has been tested and proven to be effective in inhibiting the Novel Coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2) with up to 99.991 per cent efficiency in an air conditioner indoor unit in a space of 6.7m3. (*1)

Haier’s presence at the most important HVAC show in Spain has been a great success. The C&R show in Madrid held between the 16th and the 19th of November has attracted close 34 thousand visitors from all over Europe.

Visitors who came on to the Haier stand were warmly welcomed by the Haier staff as well as the clean and fresh design of the various spaces that were created.  The design of the stand enabled visitors to experience, touch and feel the Haier products in real life applications such as in an office, hotel room and living spaces.

The casual yet professional atmosphere attracted many new faces, and after a long period of not seeing people face to face it was a fantastic opportunity to connect with prospective partners, existing customers and Haier colleagues across Europe.
