Haier HVAC Solution expands its presence in the Hungarian market

HAIER EUROPE APPLIANCES HOLDING BV today announced the signing of a Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) with E.ON MYENERGY KFT to acquire 100% of KLIMA KFT, a company active in the business of heating-cooling and construction industry, which include air conditioning and heat pump wholesale and retail, building engineering design, construction, maintenance, and servicing of implemented systems.

The transaction will enhance HAIER HVAC EUROPE presence in the Hungarian market and expand its reach to neighbour countries to accelerate its growth in Central-Eastern Europe.

The SPA allows HAIER HVAC EUROPE to acquire KLIMA’s assets, channels and skills, especially in the Projects segment. This transaction is expected to close by the end of Q2 2025, subject to customary closing conditions, including regulatory approvals.
