HAIER EUROPE APPLIANCES HOLDING BV today announced the signing of a Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) with E.ON MYENERGY KFT to acquire 100% of KLIMA KFT, a company active in the business of heating-cooling and construction industry, which include air conditioning and heat pump wholesale and retail, building engineering design, construction, maintenance, and servicing of implemented systems.

The transaction will enhance HAIER HVAC EUROPE presence in the Hungarian market and expand its reach to neighbour countries to accelerate its growth in Central-Eastern Europe.

Haier is pleased to announce that Graham Hendra, the renowned industry personality, author and heat pump champion has joined Haier as European Heat Pump Development Officer.

He joins at an exciting time for Haier as their latest R290 A2W range is receiving rave reviews, and his role is to lead the development of range expansions and future generations of product.

Haier HVAC Solutions is making a spectacular debut at ISH 2025, the world’s leading trade fair for building and energy technology innovation, set to take place from March 17 to 21 in Frankfurt, Germany. This year, Haier is going all out, unveiling its cutting-edge technologies across not one, but two expansive totalling 550m² stands (E21 & B90), offering visitors an immersive experience in the Haier Smart Home. 

In the city of Nice, located on the French Riviera, the newly established 109 Cultural Centre sought a comprehensive HVAC system to meet the diverse needs of the building. 

From 8 to 10 October 2024, Haier HVAC Solutions marked its second appearance at the prestigious Chillventa exhibition, held in Nuremberg, whilst celebrating their 40th Anniversary. 

Earlier this month Rexel Netherlands officially announced their partnership with Haier and their commitment to entering the HVAC market with Haier’s comprehensive portfolio.

At Haier, we are excited to announce that our Spanish Division was present at Construmat 2024, held in Barcelona, on May 21st, 22nd and 23rd. This fair, recognized as one of the most relevant in the prescription sector, gave us the opportunity to present our latest innovations and strengthen our presence in the global market.

Our stand was one of the most visited at the fair, attracting hundreds of visitors interested in learning more about our proposals in their sector. We perform live presentations and product demonstrations. In addition, we had the opportunity to get closer to professionals in our sector, who showed great interest in the brand and its innovations.
