The building services wholesaler has 36 shops in the country and is replacing old-fashioned gas boilers with Haier energy-saving heating and cooling systems. The 260 sqm WASCO branch in Haarlem is the latest to benefit from a Haier MRV installation with an MRV5-H Heat Pump VRF Continuous Heating (AV16NMVETA) outdoor unit and four 9kW 4-Way Cassette (AB302MNERA) indoor units fitted.
Four low-noise Haier MRV S air conditioning units have been installed at a prestigious residential block where concerns about overheating on the upper floors were an issue. Delivering cooling for the top three floors of the building in Prague and keeping noise levels to a minimum was the challenge facing the installer Cooltop. By combining low-noise Haier MRV S commercial outdoor units with 47 wall-mounted Haier Flexis indoor units – and overcoming a difficult new build timescale – worries were eased.
Following a previous faulty installation, the restaurant needed a cooling and ventilation system for both the restaurant itself and the kitchens, particularly as summer approached. An operational system is essential in this type of building, as the temperature in the kitchens can reach up to 50°C in summer. Up to 16 Haier modular Chillers of any capacity can be coupled under a single controller in order to reach 2080kW of capacity. The simplicity of the construction and rational configuration with the various pre-installed protections make these models reliable and economical to manage. In addition, they all come with Modbus as standard for the BMS connection as required.
The DC Fans are 1000mm in diameter and are directly driven by an efficient motor. This Haier patented design greatly reduces the power consumption whilst also reducing noise levels. Sound proof material have been used around the compressor which further reduces noise levels. The chiller is mounted on a rubber anti-vibration pad for quiet operation and low vibration and insulation of the removable panels also helps to reduce noise levels.
