Haier HVAC Solutions Announces Partnership with Elite Middle-Distance Runner Kate Axford

Haier HVAC Europe is proud to announce an exciting new partnership with Adidas athlete Kate Axford, one of Britain’s most promising middle-distance runners. This collaboration brings together a leading innovator of climate solutions and a rising star in athletics, united by shared values of health, efficiency, and the pursuit of excellence through the commitment to training.

Kate Axford, has been a professional middle-distance runner for just over a year having been a professional Hockey player previously. Kate burst onto the running scene in 2023 and has gone from strength to strength since then. Winning her England debut followed by a bronze medal at the 2024 UK indoor championships and finishing 4th in the British Athletics Championships later that year. Kate continues going from strength to strength as she trains toward her goal of competing at the 2028 Olympic games, Haier HVAC will support her journey, recognising that elite performance, whether in sport or technology, demands long-term commitment, discipline, and innovation.

Haier HVAC’s mission to create healthier, tailor-made living environments aligns closely with Kate’s lifestyle as a professional athlete. Just as an athlete must maintain peak physical condition through key lifestyle choices, Haier HVAC focuses on designing climate systems that prioritise air quality, sustainability, and energy efficiency, ensuring optimal performance with minimal waste.

“Kate’s approach to her profession, her focus on marginal gains, consistency, and wellbeing very much mirrors our philosophy,” said Nikita Patel, European Marketing Manager for Haier HVAC “We believe that creating healthy spaces enables people to perform at their very best, and we’re proud to support Kate in her pursuit of Olympic success.”

Athletes at the highest level require a strong support network to achieve their ambitions. Partnerships like this provide vital resources, stability, and encouragement, helping athletes stay focused on training and competition at critical moments in their career.
